Within 14 Days:

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Unused and in Original Condition:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Clothing Labels and Tags:

Please ensure that all clothing labels and tags are still attached to the item,

as we only accept products in original condition.

For bikini bottoms, it is mandatory that the protective sticker is present.

Exclusive Items:

Some exclusive items may not be eligible for returns.

This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Excluded Items:

Please note that jewelry and accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene

and safety reasons. We do not offer return options for these items.

Report Your Return:

Send an e-mail to info@aurales.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will then send you a return request form.

Packaging: Place the item you wish to return in sturdy packaging.

Send the Return: Send the return to the following address:

Proof of Delivery:

Make sure you receive a proof of delivery from the courier service you use.

This may come in handy if problems occur during transport.
