REFUND POLICY

we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Opt for a refund in the form of an Aurales gift voucher with the full purchase amount.

This gift voucher can be used for future purchases in our shop.

Exchange for the Same Product:

If you prefer to receive the same product instead of a refund,

we are happy to help you arrange an exchange.

the availability of the desired product.
